At Mythical Escapes, we have four distinct experiences, each with its own vibe, difficulty level, and ideal group type. Whether you're a first-timer looking for a fun intro or a seasoned puzzle veteran ready for a real challenge, there's a room with your name on it.
Go with Cryosleep if… you want something cinematic and approachable.
You've been kidnapped and stranded in space. Your kidnapper is in cryosleep and you need to take control of the ship before they wake up. Cryosleep is our most beginner-friendly room, rated Easy/Medium, making it perfect for first-timers, mixed-age groups, or anyone who wants a genuinely immersive experience without feeling hopelessly stuck. Fair warning: one of the opening puzzles involves a tight space with up to two other players, so claustrophobes may want to note that you can skip it and still enjoy the full adventure. Fits 2–9 players.
Go with Eat or Be Eaten if… your group likes things a little unsettling.
You were supposed to be on vacation in Florida. Instead, you're on the floor of an abandoned 1960s meat packing plant. Eat or Be Eaten leans into atmosphere; scents, sounds, and visuals that set a genuinely creepy tone. It's rated Easy/Medium on puzzles, but the sensory experience makes it feel more intense. Best for groups who enjoy horror themes and want their heart rate elevated for reasons beyond the clock. Fits 2–9 players.
Go with Bigfoot's Revenge if… your group thinks they're pretty good at this.
Jim Goodall has gone missing. Bigfoot is acting erratic. Something is very wrong, and your team needs to figure it out. At Medium-Hard difficulty, this is our most challenging room and the best choice for experienced escape room players looking for a real test. It also accommodates the largest groups (up to 12 players) making it ideal for bigger crews who want everyone in on the action together.
Go with Saloon if… your group wants action-packed fun with a wild west twist.
An outlaw gang is riding into town expecting gold. The townspeople are counting on you. Saloon hits the sweet spot of fun and challenge - rated Medium difficulty, it's approachable enough for mixed experience levels but engaging enough that veteran players won't breeze through it. The Wild West theme is a crowd-pleaser and works great for birthday groups, date nights, or anyone who's ever wanted to be the hero of a western. Fits 2–9 players.
