I'm looking to arrange a game right now! Is that possible?
Yes you can! If you're booking for a slot that's less than 2 hours away, please call us first to make sure that there's someone available to run the games for you! -
How many people can your escape rooms accommodate?
Each room can accommodate up to 9 or 12 players depending on the game. We can host up to 39 players simultaneously if you choose to book 4 rooms at the same time. For more than 39 players, we can help you book the rooms back to back. -
Is there an age limit?
Due to some game themes, we do have age limits for individual games. For all games, players under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Please visit our games to learn more about the age limits of each game.

I received a gift card for your rooms! How do I use it?
Your gift card has a unique code that you'll need to enter while booking, so keep your card handy when you book. Once you select your booking info and move on to payment, you'll see a field labeled “Promo Code”. Make sure to enter your code there before checking out! Once you've finalized the booking, you should receive a booking email that includes the details of the card you used. If you face any problems, call us!

I'm claustrophobic; can I play Cryosleep?
Cryosleep's first puzzle will involve you being locked in a small space with up to two other players; so it may not be suitable for people with claustrophobia. However, it is possible to skip the first puzzle and still enjoy the rest of the game.

Are your rooms scary?
Eat Or Be Eaten features scents, sounds and visuals that could be distressing to some people.

I'm pregnant; can I play?
You should be able to take part in Cryosleep or Bigfoot's Revenge without any problems. However, Eat Or Be Eaten involves elements of gore and scents which may bother some. Feel free to call us for any clarification before booking.
